Laukiame Jūsų!
Palaikykime Lietuvos atstovę Taijiquan (Taiči) online čempionate Kinijoje – Jekateriną. Balsuokime! Balsuoti galima du kartus (po vieną kartą kiekvienoje rungtyje). AČIŪ!
Gegužės 7 dieną, Vilniaus kultūros, pramogų ir sporto rūmuose vyko ypatingas renginys – Vilniaus atvira ušu taurė miesto 700 metų jubiliejuj paminėti.
Varžybose dalyvavo daugiau nei septyniasdešimt įvairaus amžiaus dalyvių, kurie išbandė savo jėgas kovinių veiksmų kompleksų demonstracijoje (taolu), lengvo (qingda) ir pilno kontakto (sanda) kovose bei kiniškų imtynių (shuaijiao) rungtyje. Lietuvos ušu federacijos vardu dėkojame visiem varžybų dalyviams, apsilankiusiems svečiams ir žiūrovams bei Vilniaus miesto savivaldybei už paramą renginiui.
Pasak Lietuvos ušu federacijos prezidento Tomo Lapinsko, varžybos parodė, kad mūsų sporto šakos atstovai, kaip matyt ir kitų sporto šakų, pasiilgo „gyvų“ varžybų, emocijų bei bendravimo: „Nustebino tai, kad daugelis dalyvių varžėsi ne vienoje o mažiausiai dviejose rungtyse – tiek suaugusieji, tiek mažieji ušu praktikuotajai. Tikiuosi, kad greitai grįšime į įprastą rėžimą, spėsime pasiruošti Baltijos, Europos bei pasaulio čempionatams ir vėl turėsime galimybę išsiųsti lietuvaičius varžytis su geriausiais pasaulio ušu sporto šakos atstovais“, – sako T. Lapinskas.
Dalinamės varžybų akimirkomis:
Šį šeštadienį, Vilniaus kultūros, pramogų ir sporto rūmuose ( Žirmūnų g. 1E, Vilnius 09101) vyks Vilniaus atvira ušu taurė miesto 700 metų jubiliejuj paminėti. Varžybos skirstomos į – Ušu taolu, lengvo (qingda) ir pilno kontakto (sanda) kovos bei kiniškų imtynių (shuaijiao) kategorijas.

Spalio 23 d. Vilniuje vyko 7 asis atviras Lietuvos ušu čempionatas. Dėl esamų nepalankių sąlygų, šiais metais varžybose vėl dalyvavo tik Lietuvos sportininkai. Renginys buvo uždaras, varžybos vyko be žiūrovų. Pasak Lietuvos ušu federacijos prezidento Tomo Lapinsko, šįkart pagilau surengtos ne tik ušu taolu bet ir kontaktinių dvikovų (pilno kontakto – ušu sanda, riboto kontakto – ušu cingda, kiniškų imtynių – šuaizdiao bei tuišou) varžybos.
Renginys dalinai finansuojamas Vilniaus miesto savivaldybės sporto projektų konkurso lėšomis
Birželio 19 d. Vilniuje vyko Ušu Sanda seminaras. Seminarą vedė tarptautinės ušu SANDA B kategorijos teisėju Maksimu Artiševskiu (Baltarusija). M.Artiševskis – sportinės dvikovės (Ušu Sanda, K1 bei Kikbokso specialistas), tradicinio ušu stiliaus Lian Shi Bagua Zhang, 5 kartos tiesioginis paveldėtojas, filosofijos mokslų daktaras. Seminare dalyvavo tiek patyrę ušu sportininkai tiek žmonės norintys susipažinti su šia ušu sporto šakos disciplina.
Daugiau apie ušu sanda:
Antroji stambi ušu disciplinų grupė – ušu sanda. Sanda (kin, sanda), pažodžiui laisva kova – tai pilno kontakto kovos, pagal ušu sanda taisykles. Kovos idealiu atveju vyksta ant specialios pakylos vadinamos leitai, tačiau neturint tokios pakylos, nacionalinio lygio varžybos gali būti organizuojamos ir ant įprastos dangos ……https://www.wushu.lt/usu-kaip-moderni-sporto-saka/
